Honestly, I still miss my mom. It's soon going to be 2 years since she's passed...

Yes, it's been a while since I posted. There have been a few changes here and there in life. The big one being, I have cancelled my domain and host. I just haven't been blogging as much as I used to. It was just sitting there wasting away, digitally. So. I've decided that all personal blog postings will be posted on here. Since I have this, and it's free I might as well put a use to it. However there's something else. Sometime in the near future I will probably be buying another domain and be having another hosting plan but most likely that will be dedicated for my book blog. I've been really into that lately and been posting just about everyday. That would be worth my money. So, I found a host I want to sign up with, and will be doing all that stuff later perhaps by the start of 2010. We'll see. For now I'll be using my free stuff.

Another note. We just bought a new sony vaio laptop today. It has to be one of the most loveliest toys I have ever had in my hands. Everything is just so ....nice. It's going to get me used to this little thing though, typing on this thing is just strange (the keyboard layout is very different) otherwise everything is going good. Although I want a USB mouse. This touchpad thingy is just not me. I feel the need to scroll stuff with a mouse, you can't do it on a laptop! :P

Anyway! that's really the update for now. I think I'm going to go and play with this new toy. Besides, I should get to reading! ta ta for now!

Fruit Loops take me back in the day when I was a child eating sugar for breakfast. Yum. Ahhh those days where we had nothing to worry about except sugar and games. Trans fat and calories, and chemical goodness in food was never an issue back then. Wish I could go back...

Fruit Loops. Sugary and enough to keep me going on real bad mornings. Plus if you take your time eating it your milk gets all nice and sweet. Yum. Could go for some sugar and milk right now :P

It was a tie between that or the treehouse. But then I thought about wintertime and opted for the underground bunker instead.

I like wit and sarcasm. I like satire. What I can't stand is the comedy shit you see in the movies nowadays. Movies like Get Smart and anything involving Michael Cera are not funny. I hate those comedy movies. However movies like Kung Fu Panda made me burst out laughing. The Simpsons humor makes me laugh too. Are You Being Served? also makes me laugh. I'm picky about humor. The majority of crap out there just doesn't make me laugh.

Pedestrians, I have a question for you....

Here's something I can't and perhaps never will understand. Why is it when people have to jaywalk, they jaywalk when they're a several minutes from the actual crosswalk? It's just a few extra steps! so why can't you cross the street the way you're supposed to? have a death wish or something?

My life would be a drama movie why? because of all the bullshit that goes through it. Enough said.

The following songs get me all teary. Lilli Marleen and La Vie en Rose because their voices are so lovely. Joy Division because of its lyrical content, and because of its melancholy tone.

It's the only way to go in this god forsaken suburban crap hole. Bus system is total idiocy or else I'd be taking the bus. However once you go in a car, you never go back to bus unless traffic is absolutely New York City style horrendous.

You can't go wrong with desserts and books. Although not necessarily at the same time. I wouldn't want my book merchandise to be dirty.

Two things. One: books. Since I love books. However I'm going to make sure that in my bookstore I have at least THE FIRST BOOK in every damn series I can find because I get irritated when I buy a book and find out it's the third or fourth and the first can never be found. Second: Baking goodies. I love to bake and would love to sell my desserts. Anybody want some cookies?
